1. Briefing

At the beginning of our cooperation the customer explains the idea , objectives and targets.

2. Sourcing Management

In the first step we choose an appropriate manufacturer . For this we take various factors
into account:

  • Country of production and production know –how
  • Quality, productivity , social and environmental standards.
  • Logistics and time planning ( transport routes and duration )

For production we create manufacturing drawings along with information on material quality, weight and other requirements.

In addition to examining the first samples, including all certifications, we constantly monitor the entire production process.

After calculating the appropriate transport packaging and methods, we monitor transportation and customs clearance through to delivery.

From the first customer contact through the breif, from idea development to POS in store we have a range of complex services to handle every task.

In Service Pack 2, we take an existing product and develop the idea fully. Our service stages can be taken as a complete package or in modular stages from the idea through to the POS.

At the beginning of our cooperation the customer explains the idea , objectives and targets.
Promotional periods and other necessary data, especially the budget must be taken into account. It is always benificial if we join a project from the start.

2. Understanding

The first operative step is to understand the customer, its products/services, the market in general, the direct and indirect competitors and especially the target groups. In particular, we consider the strategic brand values and marketing objectives, the needs of the relevant distribution channels, competition, communication and trends.

3. Concept Generation

Concept creation is the first stage for discussion with the customer. Here the customer’s product idea will be developed further within the parameters established and well visualized in a concept presentation. Here, we strive to create unique and attractive features.

4. Concept Development

Building on the first presentation and the customers product selections, the idea in relation to production is developed further. Prototype samples form the basis for the clients decision making. An important element here is an attractive packaging solution, which carries the brand values and product message and most importantly be attractive for the target group. In addition, we also develop pre-sales documents such as product data sheets, as well as professional sales displays.

5. Full Service Realization

After the prototype, the zero series sample, the pre-production sample and the release of serial sample the production will begin. In advance all the necessary product-specific certifications are conducted by internationally recognized testing laboratories (chemical and physical safety is always tested). Our logistics management in consultation with the client shall ensure that the products are presented on time at the POS.
