It all started with the Vuvuzela!

BRANDiVISION GmbH has been operating for six years developing and sourcing of products in the market.

In 2008 it kicked off!

Thinking towards the Football World Cup 2010 in South Africa, the idea was born to market the key visual of the South African football culture – the Vuvuzela – on the European market, and especially in Germany. Here we secured the marketing, naming rights and the right for production. Through this Gerd Kehrberg and Frank Urbas founded a GbR in 2008.

In 2009 at Urbas | Kehrberg GmbH we concentrated mainly on a mandate for the “Sportfreunde Siegen” football club and made preparations for the Vuvuzela project.

In the first half of  2010 we concentrated entirely on the reactions and settlements from our Vuvuzela deals. Then we put all our attention on development of new ideas and products. Following the close and very successful collaboration with industrial designer Dirk Hagen Zimmermann during the Vuvuzela project, the decision was made quickly on both sides to join together.

In July 2011, Dirk Hagen Zimmermann became our team partner. At the same time Urbas | Kehrberg became BRANDiVISION GmbH. Throughout the 3 owners the core competencies of product development, industrial design, marketing and distribution are fully covered. The collective ” in-house expertise ” is the foundation of our business model. Thus we are able to offer our customers a full service. Accordingly, the focus of our work during the years 2011 to 2013, was on product idea development and sourcing. A main focus we also placed on the development of unique merchandising products for the Football World Cup in Brazil 2014.

So 2014 follows 2010, a second milestone in our companys short history. We were successfull with our Vuvuzela and our new 2014 developments the ComBinho, Apito DeCopa and FlagTag had beat Vuvuzela before the World Cup had even started!
